Agile Transformation Support

Coaching & Mentoring for Agile teams

Objectives and Key results
Any type of a Strategic Transformation or delivery of a large Project / Programme would experience challenges in making sure the work being done is aligned towards a common vision, objective and outcomes.

SAFe Training (Public)
Scaled Agile involves a vast amount of knowledge and best practices. However, theoretical knowledge isn’t enough for practical application in real delivery scenarios. Our industry-experienced trainers use real-world experience and examples to bring the material to life, helping you absorb and integrate it into your agile toolkit.
What do we do Differently ?
- We provide additional support after training to assist you in passing the exam, and offer reduced-cost retakes if necessary.
- Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with you. You will be invited to join our network of Scaled Agile practitioners, where you can share ideas, best practices, and learn from each other.
- You will also have the opportunity to join our independent candidates list, which could lead to potential delivery roles working with us.
- Allow you to request specific training Modules (Subject to attendee numbers)
