We will not store your financial details such as Bank Account numbers, sort codes, card numbers etc. Payments will be processed by regulated payment service providers, with only the necessary transaction details such as payee name, date of payment, amount and payment reference extracted for our records.

3rd parties may process your data for legitimate purposes as a part of providing our services (including but not limited to registering your trainees with Scaled Agile inc, provide you course material, or offer additional support or services). We will obtain assurances from any third parties that they will manage and safeguard your data to the same standards as accelerators.   The 3rd parties will be accountable and responsible for storage & retention, deletion, management and processing of such data in compliance with UK & EU GDPR standards.
